I could let you in, if you want. There's no guarantee that it'll give you anywhere in Australia when you go in, but sometimes it brings people familiar places.

It's kind of hard to explain? Like, the science doesn't really make sense. You open the door and it's just this huge expanse of open land, with like, nothing man made in sight, anywhere. Even if it takes you somewhere you've been before and there should be like, a house there, it'll just be gone. No foundations or anything. And it seems like it goes on and on forever even though the room doesn't look that big from the outside.

I think people think it's like, a pocket dimension or something, because you can take stuff out of it and they don't vanish, so. But like, just like everything else here, no one knows exactly how it works.

So is it like holograms? And treadmills in the floor.

No, because you can take stuff out of it and it won't just vanish, which means it's probably not any kind of hardlight projection, either.

Right. Just weird stuff, then, like a boat in space.

Well, to be fair, this kind of science is kind of insane.

I mean, I wasn't awful at it. Average, I think. I'd do better if school started again.

A couple wardens organized this kind of like, program to help out people who weren't done with school when they got here, if you're interested.

Yeah. I mean, I don't know how into it people are, but I think we've got people teaching math, science, lit, and a couple other things.

I don't think any of them have actually been teachers before? But they're all pretty smart, so. You could probably do a lot worse.
